      Pros

      Faith based care for patients that supports whole person care. Individual staff are talented and care deeply about patient care.

      Cons

      Employees are not supported in efforts to implement change. Culture supports rigidity and bullying of staff. Management is hierarchical and unsupportive of front line employees.
