The health benefits are good, company vision and mission Holiday parties, option to work in a different region Employee discounts
Cons
No job security, senior management makes poor operational decisions. Communication between departments is terrible and there is no accountability. Diversity and Inclusion initiatives are desperately needed, along with the need for non-bias/discrimination free trainings.
