Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay due to remoteness and nobody wants to live here. Beautiful surroundings (if you can handle the homelessness). Management is nice to your face.
Cons
Mgmt asks for advice and guidance from employees, and even will give positive feedback that advice given is worthy of implementation... yet never is. If they are just flapping gums because it's what the board of directors expects, it's not a place I intend to stay. 10 years of giving advice and being told it's good/usable/perfect... I can take a hint.
