Department Dependant… - Finance Operations Providence Employee Review

Your experience at Providence is tied to what department you are in. There is no consistency across departments. People who should not be in supervisor positions somehow manage to get them and keep them despite not being suited for the role and not completing their duties. The mission is talked about often yet is rarely practiced. It is used mostly as a crutch in order to excuse poor performance and lack of leadership. Keep in mind this was my experience in my department. I have heard wonderful things from other departments in the Providence family.
