Pros
Providence is a large nonprofit organization. Pay and the benefit is just average depending on your level of your career. HSA incentives is wonderful for to use for copays.
Cons
Management is lucking leadership skills. Some department have managers that have no inputs what’s going on the ground level. Even if you ask them for help, they just excuse themselves “ I have meeting to go”. No room for constructive feedback. Moral is so low. Toxic work environment and hostile. Employees harasses and insults each other. High turnout.
