Pros
The health insurance use to be really excellent as well as paid time off. Both of those were recently changed. Still good insurance compared to other companies.
Cons
Providence has gotten too big and forgot about the staff who support the mission and core values. Now everything and decisions have to be made at a system level and takes forever to get things accomplished.
