Pros
Knowledgeable peers who are fun and close and succeed without management. Long term employees dedicated to the patient and making the hospital what it is. We make the grade! Unfortunately many staff stay because they need their jobs and love the patients and our friends are here.
Cons
Administration is very dishonest, makes false promises, lazy and are not invested in their employees. They are top heavy with many who do not know their roles and often micro-manage. They continue to overlook staff that should be promoted unless desperate. They encourage and create triangulation. You're very lucky if your a favorite but if not, move on. They take your office away and let them be ruined down but their offices are beautiful.
