Good work environment but too many leadership changes - lack of vision - Manager Providence Employee Review

Leadership reorgs have become commonplace. It feels like we change focus too often. The highest level has a vision, but as it trickles down, the execution is more disjointed. Technology is often behind, many laptops are 5-7 years old and frustrating to use. Many leaders worked their way up and are not fully qualified for the jobs they are in.
