Worst benefits in the industry (IT worker) - Enterprise Administrative Providence Employee Review

No extended illness bank, no paid holidays, no paid sick time, no hmo plan only HDHP. My kid was in hospital 2 weeks, got no pay and huge medical bill. 7 day compulsory unpaid holidays. Expected to work weekends, even had to work Christmas day and New Years day unpaid. Probably worst company I have worked for.
