Pros

Innovative, talented, and challenging are but a few of the adjectives I would use to describe this company. However, above all of this, I would say they are warm and inviting. It is challenging to get in due to the high bar they set, but once in you are treated as family.

Cons

I can't say that I have anything negative too say, other than perhaps the hiring process can be challenging, and mind you this is coming from someone who went through an Amazon loop.

Thanks for the feedback We do have two main businesses, one in NZ and one in the USA. That said, we are one company that often leverage each other’s resources. This is a great way for our teams to get experience working for international clients but most of the business is services by resources located in country, so there really isn’t a formal notion of a “main hub” Thanks again

Laid out the mission and let us get to work. Free to make big contributions without micromanagement. Minimal meetings to disrupt developer flow.

Cons

A little bit vague on client timelines and deliverable dates. Some full-time employees did not contribute quality code but showed volume of git commits which seemed to be valued.
