Pros
Provoke is a great place to work. Extremely talented people, fantastic management style and supportive culture. People really look after each other and everyone respect others. There are plenty of snacks always available and there's always something to celebrate... from birthday cakes every month, to shared lunch or dinners a few times throughout the year. CEO is the most friendly person I have ever met. Very easy to talk to and your voice will be heard. Great work/life balance. The company really looks after the employees!
Cons
Everyone is too friendly that it makes it difficult to complain about your workmates if you need to! Not many career growth opportunities available. Chances are you'll stay at the same role/level that you've been hired, for many years without change.
