Pros

Well established company with a start-up feel in their satellite offices. Super cool culture, lots of transparency within the company, really awesome co-workers. Doing a lot of Microsoft work without having to do with the Microsoft politics.

Cons

Some pain points with working with other offices in different time zones. Sometimes causes long hours.

Thanks for the feedback We do have two main businesses, one in NZ and one in the USA. That said, we are one company that often leverage each other’s resources. This is a great way for our teams to get experience working for international clients but most of the business is services by resources located in country, so there really isn’t a formal notion of a “main hub” Thanks again

Laid out the mission and let us get to work. Free to make big contributions without micromanagement. Minimal meetings to disrupt developer flow.

Cons

A little bit vague on client timelines and deliverable dates. Some full-time employees did not contribute quality code but showed volume of git commits which seemed to be valued.
