Pros
The people I directly worked with, the relaxed dress code, supportive small team within my department. There is a great market opportunity for this technology. The sales group is creative and thinks about new markets and deals.
Cons
The not relaxed executive team, certain department leaders who throw whiny, childlike temper tantrums in ALMOST ALL meetings. The unrealistic expectations for the technology group.
