Pros
My peers are great and the business model strong. Smart people who are always willing to roll up up their sleeves to work.
Cons
Leadership has driven away their best resource- people. Their lack of clear strategy and vision causes frustration and in-fighting. When we don't pull off their impossible and always misunderstood projects, we get blamed and shamed in meetings. I've lost faith in the top three players.
