Pros
Up until this last year, it was a great culture with good things happening in almost every sector. Development was turning many things around.
Cons
The business doesn’t know what they’re doing. They make decisions that make no sense. They let good people performing well go because they were restructuring (again) and people who had served the company faithfully for years were unceremoniously kicked to the curb. The executives are ruthless.
