Business Outlook
Pros
Great culture, generally laid back management and atmosphere, lots of independence and new ideas are welcome. I work in the Operations Dept running the bidding software and it's a great job.
Cons
Not much vertical mobility at Proxibid, what you get hired for you will generally stay at. I would also agree with other characterizations, Proxibid does not seem to have much long-term vision, or it's not transmitted well to the underlings. It's a little lost.
