Pros

Pay is good, my schedule is good as well. If you need anything Alicia our scheduler will help in anyway she can if you need off. She also does a great job trying to staff.

Cons

Work load can be heavy if you don’t have the staff. When people come on the hall from the administration they realize what could be happening on the hallway or even help or ask if they can help with anything. We as a team need to be a team and sometimes taken one for the team is important. Better benefits would be great.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
