Pros
Company has a progressive approach in its leadership style. They place a lot of focus on keeping their partners informed of the ever changing LTC environment. They truly believe in promoting within the company ranks. They have a wonderful AIT program that allows partners to realize there full potential. The company is and always has been patient focused. I have never been denied anything needed to take care of the patients.
Cons
In order to achieve the standard that is expected often the workload is overwhelming. Goals set are often unachievable due to the lack of resources as it relates to budgeted staffing ratios, even though the company is budgeted well above state and federal expectations because Pruitt standard is much higher than state and federal expectation.
