Pros

Good team at local level. Decent pay initially but that's how they suck you in

Cons

Horrible health insurance. If you are a nurse they will bend over backwards to keep you with bonuses. If you are part of the therapy team which has been keeping home health a float during a nursing shortage they could care less. Horrible upper level management. Horrible communication. Horrible mileage reimbursement. There is not enough room to write all the negatives

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
