Pros

Probably just the PTO options

Cons

Terrible and expensive health benefits options especially for spouse/family coverage. Pay isn't competitive and no bonus structure unless your nursing. The don't pay invoices/ bills and vendors won't return or refuse service/ goods. Uniform colors/ options are outdated terrible green and they aren't affordable since they require you to purchase them from them. Your called a "partner" vs employee but treated like a bad neighbor instead and they claim to be a christian company as it's part of the wording on the terrible computer systems that rarely work half the time. They get to claim veteran home facilities success when they have to be held more accountable by the state which is why these facilities are better then all other Pruitt owned centers because the state foots the bill for better and PH profits

Pros

The DNS is approachable and the charge nurses are supportive.

Cons

More nurses she be open to sharing knowledge during reception. It helps retention of staff when people are on board with showing you the Pruitt way.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
