Pros

Some of the residents and closeness of some coworkers

Cons

The admin is just about getting money. They don't care about staff. And the more but you kiss the higher you go. And that philosophy doesn't just stop in house it goes all the way up the chain to the corporate level in Georgia. People that have been working in this field get paid less then new or fresh out of school. And if you say something about it you get told no. Even if you have solid proof. It is a bad company to work for.and the stress level is ridiculously high, and the lower people on the totem pole are underappreciated.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
