Pros

Average work place. Kind of boring doing the same thing over and over.

Cons

The benefits are insulting. I was hired in at $18 an hour with 14 years of experience, which might seem like decent pay until you realize I’m paying $1200 a month just for health insurance. That’s not counting dental or vision. I quite literally work a full two weeks just for insurance, and at $18 an hour that is just gross. I can’t imagine how people who make less per hour than me feel. Quite frankly, it’s unaffordable. Neal Pruitt, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

More nurses she be open to sharing knowledge during reception. It helps retention of staff when people are on board with showing you the Pruitt way.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
