Pros

Co workers are pretty good to work with

Cons

Salary is not competitive Parking is non existent No work from home option (which would solve the parking issue) No paid holidays Upper management does not listen to employees. The expectations of employees from upper management is not realistic. Executive management staff are not clinical individuals and are over clinical staff, resulting in executive management not having a clue as to what processes really work in practice.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
