Pros

Work from home 2 days a week

Cons

No work/life balance anymore. They do not care about employees' mental health. Micromanagement. Crappy benefits. Crappy PTO. NO paid holidays, have to use PTO to be paid for them. They expect you to take more responsibility with no increase in pay. They claim they "don't make acceptions" but SO many people get to work from home, yet they expect others to come in 3 days a week. HR doesn't respond or communicate at all regarding ADA, and when they do they take forever, suggest ways to help, and don't follow through. CEO has private jets, yet can't match or offer anything towards 401K, better benefits, or pay. NO way this company deserves the 3.8 rating they have. Also, the facilities are crap, turnover at them is ridiculous, and seems like many people who work in them only stay for job security and because they love the residents.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
