The pay is good. The co-workers are amazing. Patients and families are good people. The facilities that I serve are very supportive with information about the patients' care.
Cons
There are a lot of moving parts to this job. If you are not organized, you won't be successful here. If you are easily upset, if you require a lot of handholding, not a good fit. Insurance is pricy. Some managers are better than others.

Pros
Wonderful company and team. I love being part of an organization that cares about their partners and growing from within.
Cons
Wonderful transition. I don’t have any cons to report.
Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed
Cons
Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
