      Pros

      I highly recommend Pruitt Health for anyone seeking a workplace that genuinely values its employees and their families. It's rare to find a long term care company who is very supportive of their employees, but Pruitt absolutely does. I have over 30 years experience and have never worked for a company who has a strong sense of community and makes you feel like an extended family member.

      Cons

      Honestly, it's hard to find significant cons. Like any growing company there are always areas for minor process improvements, but nothing that detracts from the overwhelmingly positive experience.

      Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

      Cons

      Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
