Pros
Pubmatic is one of the older ad tech platforms so the company is well known and has good funding. The staff is generally smart and fun. The technology is interesting and they have a good client list.
Cons
PubMatic has zero work-life balance. This may be the norm in this industry, but at Pubmatic, management expects everyone to be available 24-7 because most projects and deadlines are arbitrary and unplanned. Even when crazy deadlines are met and client projects are miraculously completed within unreasonable timeframes, there is little to no appreciation from management. Also, there's no vacation policy which is sold as "unlimited vacation." The reality is that vacation time is discouraged.
