      Pros

      The best things are the Pay, benefits, free cafeteria, knowledge earned, and ability to change positions and departments whenever you choose to do so.

      Cons

      Not informed of legal rights and are very discriminatory. Buddy system meaning to be in management you either have to know someone or kiss up. No base education requirement for being a manager. No time with family.
