      Pros

      Great benefits overall, they work hard to give you a portion of YOUR company. Including bonuses, 401k, health benefits, and ample vacation.

      Cons

      Time crunch, it makes your job less enjoyable. Having to finish your products in a certain period of time can make you upset with your finished product. Customers can also be rude, and abuse the system Publix has in place, it makes it hard for you to feel as if you always do a good job.
