Pros
Great benefits. Good pay. Great for career advancement. Employees receive tuition discount. Great community atmosphere in Lafayette and surrounding area. Great work environment - I liked all of my coworkers.
Cons
When applying for jobs, many departments are slow and do not respond to follow ups. Communication rifts between employees and management. Honestly, if you are not used to Indiana winters, the harsh cold and sometimes constant snow can put a damper on your morale. Even with an A-class parking permit, parking on campus can be a big pain.
