Pros
Good place to work while in school, flexible hours. Fairly relaxed and comfortable work environment. Hardware is cutting edge and workstations are powerful.
Cons
Very low pay for the level of expertise required for tasks. Very high mismatch of employee KSA with job descriptions. Most of the technology positions require extremely high end knowledge, but can not pay accordingly.
