Pros
Great Team, lots of travelling and I was able ro put a lot of different experiences to use while also learning. Flexible
Cons
Project was truncated due ro lack of funding without much warning. Often had to deal with issues I had no experience in (It's not exactly a con but it was very mentally demanding which sometimes led to burnout)
