Pros

The people are fairly nice and flexible schedule is only for executives.

Cons

First it looks like the rest of the reviews here are coming from the company, the reviews are suspiciously chat-gpt like with “zero” cons on most reviews…. The micro management is a bit much (calling 5-10 mins before you’re off work, assigning tasks right at the end of the day, checking to see if I am online at all times, etc). This company is definitely not a “as long as you get your work done” mentality. It is also very interesting that all advisors and exec can work remotely but then very strict when it comes to their employees. The salary is also on the low end for a financial company. Also very important that they have absolutely NO diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, culture, or awareness what so ever. So please keep this in mind if you are a minority/POC that values this aspect in the workplace.

Pros

One thing I like about this job is how much it expands my understanding of personal finance and long-term planning. Different financial topics every week. Opportunities to continue learning. The experience helps me become more knowledgeable in ways that benefit both my career and personal life.

Cons

Financial regulations occasionally change and require adapting to new requirements.

Pros

I work with clients on retirement planning, investment strategies, and holistic financial guidance — the fee-only model means you're on the client's side rather than pushing products. The training and onboarding gave me a proper start. The team is supportive, and the office never feels like a pressure-cooker. The pay is good, and there's also bonus potential.

Cons

Periods of market volatility make clients nervous, so they need extra attention and more follow-ups.
