Pros

People-Centric Culture: PURE emphasizes being "people-obsessed," ensuring that employees and patients are treated with exceptional care and attention. This makes for a fulfilling work environment. Core Values Alignment: The team operates on strong values (PURE) like passion, gratitude, and being builders. This creates a sense of unity and purpose, motivating employees to bring their best to the table. Growth Opportunities: As the company expands, there are ample career advancement and professional development opportunities. Work Ownership: Employees are empowered to "sell like owners," fostering a sense of responsibility and pride in their work. Innovative Approach: The focus on building solutions that elevate patient care, particularly in the ambulatory infusion space, creates a cutting-edge, dynamic work experience.

Cons

Fast-Paced Growth: The rapid growth and expansion could lead to stress or a high-pressure environment for those who thrive on consistency and stability. High Expectations: The "builder" mentality and "riding for the brand" ethos require highly committed employees, leading to a challenging work-life balance for some. Specialized Niche: The ambulatory infusion market requires a highly specific skill set, which might limit the broader job market applicability of some roles.
