      No Human Resources at all

      Cons

      Horrible Benefits, expensive insurance, PTO is combined with state minimum sick time (no vacation time) until two years. Closing for a week during Christmas without pay unless you use your sick time aka PTO.

      Pure Plastics and Metals is a friendly work environment filled with hard working employees. The boss expects the best from those who work for him, and will do his best to help you meet your full potential.

      Occasionally will have a pizza party.

      Zero accountability whatsoever. Every man is for himself when dealing with these gentlemen. One of the most memorable quotes when dealing with the owner was , “Not my monkeys not my circus.” Interesting way to view your company and employees would not recommend the headaches
