Pros
Days go by quick, fast paced engaging work, good pay for the job you are doing. There are always opportunities to do more. However, that might not always be at your benefit.
Cons
Management is disconnected from it's employees. Poor managing skills from individuals who have not been couriers themselves. Management is more concerned with statistics that reflect positively on them while creating very large unmanageable workloads for warehouse staff, and couriers. This results in a very toxic work environment with a majority of the employees unhappy at their current positions. -poor route management (managers have little to no route planning knowledge) -continually bending rules of employment (taking advantage of hardworking employees for overtime, expecting employees to complete challenging routes with zero training.) Also very poor on road training for the new couriers. - pushing employees for unrealistic goals (140 deliveries in 9 hours on new or challenging routes) -unorganized dispatch ( redundant pickup notices for multiple drivers, calling wrong drivers.) -poorly maintained equipment. (trucks are maintained at the minimum quality to stay on the road.)
