      Pros

      Small team, leadership is very accessible. Great culture, with a worthwhile mission. We get lunch every day, and we eat it together. People hang out with each other outside of work hours. If I take two steps from my desk I can see our aircraft in the shop. Fancy coffee machine in the office, if you're into that. Standing desks for everyone.

      Cons

      The building is cold in the mornings, but some people wear shorts, so maybe I'm just a wimp.

      - Pyka has the best people and culture I have seen in a very long time - The work here is fun, even when overwhelming - Catered individual lunches every day - Dogs in the office

      Cons

      - It's a startup, so lots of work, overtime, some long days (which is not a con for those who are excited about their work) - Some involvement in the defence sector
