      Pros

      Pyka feels more like a family than a job. Everyone is treated with utmost respect and the leadership is some of the best I have seen in my career. Openness is a core value here and no one is left in the dark. Pyka will be going places.

      - Pyka has the best people and culture I have seen in a very long time - The work here is fun, even when overwhelming - Catered individual lunches every day - Dogs in the office

      Cons

      - It's a startup, so lots of work, overtime, some long days (which is not a con for those who are excited about their work) - Some involvement in the defence sector
