Pros

Got me into the job and paid me with no issues. This is a good thing because it's hard to get all the paperwork together for these small short term contracts. Very good experience.

Cons

I think they needed to better explain why 1099 is a bad option sometimes for them and employees. For me it was what I wanted or thought I wanted. Now that I did that I understand I should have done corp to corp. They were very cool about it but I think they needed to explain it a little better. Not their fault and they were very cool to me all through the contract. All good.
