Highly politics and no growth!!! - Recruitment Pyramid Consulting Employee Review

Pyramid's managers are highly influenced by politics, they have adapted it fully and started applying in company. Managers do not want anyone to grow, they do not provide growth opportunity to their team members. Managers will listen to those who are closer to them. Either you perform here or not, they will not count it unless they wanted it to be counted and their closer one will get full support and credit.. After joining here, I have learnt nothing new just wasted my time and skills. I will not suggest anyone to join unless fresher..
