I will strongly recommend not to work with Pyramid until and unless you know someone in higher management especially for Telecom group. India management for this group is still bearable but US management is not at all. They are full of ego and don't know how to talk with their employees and treat people as their slaves. They have lady branch delivery director sitting in US who generally tries that no one should get associate with this organization for longer duration and tries every possible way to do so with her group of friends who works under her. She generally instruct them not to have anyone settled and pressurize them in every possible way. For proof you can check profile of people who have worked with Pyramid for less than 1 year has definitely worked in telecom group. They do partiality, shout on employees especially who is supporting from India, talk very rudely as they are the owner and do n number of things to make employees life hell. I would say that being such a senior in the organization how you guys have such a cheap mentality. It's very simple that if you don't want someone than don't hire them, why to play with someone's carrier.
