Worst Management, worst company. Not a software company. No flexible work hours. You have to spend 9 hrs in office, no matter what, else salary will be deducted. Only one work from home in a month as per policy. Don't care about employees. No job security. Racism in the company. You will not get any help from HR or management. At the time of joining, I was asked the period of commitment by the hiring manager and I gave at least 3 years but you know what company will not commit anything and they will throw you out once work is done. There was no formal communication before ending the project on which I was working. Just after 4 days of project's end they informed me that they will be discontinuing my service and consider this as notice and last working day will be 31st (3 days after notice). W.T.F It was very critical time for me, I asked if I can get one month as I didn't have any offer in hand and more importantly I wanted to use my medical policy, they simply denied and no help from them at all. And you what the next month's salary (Notice pay) was not the full salary but the only Basic (Which was almost half) HRs are very manipulative and they won't listen to you.
