      On the outside, everything looks good as per CMMi level 3, ISO 27001 etc.all good company standards are followed like Admin related, HR related

      Cons

      Apart from Staffing, there is no other vision of this company. Software Services and DMS business goes on a toss every year and every year there are scheduled layoffs for cost cutting
