      Pros

      The company is growing fast! Access to management when problems arise. Always plenty of work – never have to worry about being bored. Have always been more than fair when issues arise. The CEO has always been friendly and asks me how I am doing. The upper management has an open door policy.

      Cons

      It would be nice if Pyramid offered training and a 401K match.

      Aditi Gupta is very competent and quick to respond to requests. i appreciate her helping me when needed.
