      Pros

      I have a job in the field of IT as I had requested. The people that I work with are good people and understanding of almost all situations here at work, and at my home.

      Cons

      No one knows what I am talking about....mostly. If you are reviewing this then do you know what I mean when I explain that it is a T as in Tom? Or a T as in Texas? M as in Mary? Simple things with an India language barrier.
