Pros
Decent work life balance, competitive base pay and a very attractive incentives package that takes into consideration not only target achievement but also rewards those who over-achieve. At higher position levels, incentives are attached to targets but a flexible approach is followed whereby if targets are not 100% achieved, some incentives/rewards are paid on pro-rated basis (if a certain percentage of target is achieved)
