After three years of working with Pyramid, I can say that they allow contractors to work the projects the way they would like to complete them. The contractors set the tone and pace with their project leaders. This hands-off approach does not extend to their support. Pyramid is quick to answer any questions and escalate issues to the proper leadership. They also reach out regularly to their contractors to see if they need any help or assistance.
