Pros

My first high tech contract job through Pyramid Consulting, Inc goes pretty smoothly. I am very impressed that the HR and Client service manager send us weekly time card reminder and they always pay contractors or consultants on time, especially Lead US HR support Mark Jeffery who is being very helpful and supportive. He always replies my questions in time.

Cons

The recruiting team is doing well but could be more proactive to work with consultants to find right job matching before the contract term is over.

Supportive and responsive HR team. Smooth onboarding and offboarding process. Timely payroll and clear communication. Good opportunity to work with well-known clients and gain experience. Special shout-out to Namrata from the HR team for her exceptional support.

Cons

As a contractor, career growth within the company is limited. Some processes depend on the client, so response times can occasionally vary.
