On-boarding was very smooth - no hiccups or delays. Throughout the my contract's engagement duration (still ongoing), a representative from Pyramid, mostly Bhavini Bhatt, has always been in touch now and then to either gather or provide info about contract's status (periodic health checks), and always kept me informed of any client-end updates. Bhavini's communication is super clear and on-time. She's always ready to listen to concerns, if any. I never faced any issues with Pyramid's administration/engagement - someone was always a call/email away!
