Even as a contract worker, I receive most benefits that I would being a full time employee: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, HSA. The pay is also amazing. I know that I can call or email Rashi Sharma and she will answer any question or concerns quickly and professionally. We are told 1 month before the end of the contract if the contract will be termed or extended. If the contract does end, Pyramid will work with the consultant to find another position with any of the numerous companies Pyramid works with. I started working with Pyramid a year ago and I am treated better than my previous company that I worked at for 11 years. I tell all my friends how amazing this company is.
